Joshua Klingbeil is the IT director for WVLS – Wisconsin Valley Library Service. He is an outspoken advocate when it comes to utilizing technology for maximizing efficiency, streamlining workflows, decomplexificating modus operandi, and making up new words on the fly. Joshua believes strongly in eating chicken nuggets while they are still frozen, and the existance of other intelligent alien civilizations.
